Only daughter, she became an eldest sister at 12 when she met the Turtles, can't imagine a life without them. Doesn't seem to find lots in common with other humans, to the point the boys joke about her being the fifth turtle, and even though April finds this endeering deep down she wonders why she doesn't seem comfortable among her peers and it's easier to fit in among mutants

April is a young female african american woman, with reddish brown hair that she left natural when she was a teen, and styled in locs as she grew older. She's of average height and average build, though most people would call her short.
